Created user account types with permissions to view other user's clients permission dependant.

Changed the default User model to a custom one. Meant that the database had to be reset. Added logic and styling to allow for System Administrators to view all the clients of the users in their organisation. Also added logic to allow for a user to see all their supervisee's clients.
